Rhonda Vetere, '93

Rhonda Vetere is a seasoned technology professional. Rhonda works across several businesses as an industry change agent to assist with multiple mergers, creating synergies across all the lines of business, and is known for her onshore/offshore experience. Rhonda has very deep domain expertise in technology and data, which is why she was asked to join her current organization from Estee Lauder, where she was chief technology officer. There, she led global technology and enterprise-wide functions across 162 countries, including analytics, and transformed the company’s technology, digital, social, and retail technology approach. During her career, she has led 26 successful global mergers, and her ability to consistently deliver global results has earned her more than 12 industry awards including Top 100 STEM, Global Top 150 for business transformation, Global 100 Industry Leaders for innovation and leadership, along with The Stevie Award for global business leadership. She has worked across industry sectors from telecommunications, network, financial services, Fintech, service management, outsourcing, insourcing, insurance, retail to prestige beauty. As a results-oriented, client-focused executive, Rhonda adds value by delivering technology that improves cost and performance to drive the right business outcomes. She has a tremendous social following and most recently won the prestigious Gold Medal Stevie Award focused on transformation/innovation. Rhonda was named by SWAAY magazine as one of the most "prominent female voices in tech."
