Biography
Namrata Sandhu is a doctoral candidate in Organizational Behavior at the Donald G. Costello College of Business at George Mason University. Her research focuses on the work-life interface, identity, and role transitions. Her work is currently under review at leading management journals and has received the Best Student-Led Paper Award at the Academy of Management Annual Meeting.
