Center Advisory Board
Led by Chairman John Hillen, chief executive officer of Everwatch Solutions, members of the Advisory Board are C-suite business leaders and senior liaisons to federal government agencies. This group:
- Serves as ideators for and leaders of the first-in-the-nation university Center for Government Contracting.
- Builds the Center as a nexus for addressing the business, policy, and regulatory issues in the $500+ billion government contracting community.

Costello College of Business Dean Ajay Vinzé is a Fulbright Senior Specialist and global citizen, having lived, worked or traveled through more than 70 countries over the past three decades. He is fast positioning the Costello College of Business among leading business schools regionally, nationally, and globally. The Costello College of Business and Dr. Vinzé are recognized for impactful research and credited with a number of forward-thinking innovations in business education, including Modular Education through micro-credentialing and stackable certificates, Inclusive Entrepreneurship, and the development of a proactive global presence.

Mitchell “Mitch” B. Waldman is a Principal of M Barnett Advisors, LLC. Formerly he served as executive vice president of government and customer relations for Huntington Ingalls Industries, America’s largest military shipbuilding company and a provider of professional services to partners in government and industry.
Partner, Hirschler Fleischer
At Hirschler Fleischer, William Walsh concentrates on representing federal sector companies on issues including dispute resolution and bid protests before the U.S. Government Accountability Office, Federal Board of Contract Appeals, and executive agencies on contract administration matters, contract claims, contract terminations, teaming agreements, contractor qualification issues, organizational conflict of interest concerns, and small business matters.
