Biography
Victoria Grady is a Professor of Organizational Behavior and Assistant Department Chair of Management in the Costello College of Business at George Mason University. Victoria’s research consulting work focuses on the behavioral dynamics of organizational change, with a unique emphasis on the role of Attachment Behavior and Transitional Objects in the change process.
